Think about the phrase, a good teacher never stop learning. What does the phrase mean to you? Recognize that everyone is a teacher through our actions and sharing of knowledge. As a parent, from the moment you make your children up each day you begin the teaching process. Our children are continuously receiving learning stimulus and seeking knowledge from you and the environment around them. As a manager, coach, teacher, professor, consultant or athlete, your actions are observed, often imitated and directly reflected in your span of influence. The aspect of never stop learning should be taught to your children, workforce personnel, students, players and peers.
Be aware, the decisions you make influence and teach those around you. the phrase, a good teacher never stop learning, is grounded in the belief you consciously maintain an open-minded approach to situations that arise daily. Keeping an open mind allows the cycle of learning to be part of all phases of your personal and professional life.
If by profession you are a teacher, your realize the interactive nature of teaching and learning directly or indirectly imprinted to your peers, students, children, and grandchildren. By keeping an open mind, you have recognized one of the most fundamentally important aspects of the teaching process. I know there are professional teachers out in the world today with many more great lessons to share; I encourage you to do so. Do you remember the favorite teachers of your past and what made them so good? I,II tell you....they kept an open mind to your input, presented choices to you, explored your ideas and shared their knowledge in a fun and interactive way. Good teachers offer two or three suggestions as a way to influence a choice. This technique is a terrific first step in allowing someone to realize the power behind making decisions, and at the same time learning from the outcome.
keep the door open to learning, seek new information and interact with different people as often as you can. Watch out, soon you will grow and want to seek out knowledge and subject matter may have never considered before. Be open to challenges and questions you are confronted with from your peers, student and children. Take on those questions in a positive manner and discover the possibility there may be different ways to perform tasks or solve problem.

LIFE IS A JOURNEY
All of life is a journey which paths we take, what we look back on, and what we look forward to is up to us. we determine our destination, what kind of road we will take to get there. Life is a long journey, which has to be travel by very existing life form. Some journey is short span while some are to extensive. In this journey, we have to get ahead of from several phases. We may come across many hurdles. It's not always a bed of roses. You will find thorns on the way. some are venomous, which can take life.
A great personality said this" Life is not a journey to the grave with intentions of arriving safely in a pretty well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming." We meet many travellers in the track of our journey. Everyone has his or her own destiny. Some voyagers choose their destiny with their co-travellers and walk with them hand-in -hand to a certain distance showing beautiful dreams and creating an unbreakable attachment. Only few stand to their word, but most of them are so selfish that they utilize for their selfishness and finally leave them in the midst of a storm. This phase of life is too harsh. Then there is only loneliness and memories which kill us every minute. You feel as though you have lost your way and your destiny. Life seems to be aimless and the journey more tiring and difficult, as you has to live a lifeless life. the memories and loneliness keeps haunting your until your death.
In the journey of life, we meet to make memories, we part to preserve them. We may meet many travellers extending hands to make our journey smooth. But we are in a dilemma "whether to trust or not?" This becomes the biggest issue. But the journey continues until we get the call from God.
"Life is journey, what a journey it is?
Mo one understood it, no one know it."

MUSCLE CRAMPS
A muscle cramp is an involuntarily and forcibly contracted muscle that does not relax. When we use the muscle that can be controlled voluntarily, such as those of our arms and legs, they alternately contract and relax as we move our limbs. Muscle that support our head, neck, and trunk contract similarly in a synchronized fashion to maintain our posture. A muscle (or even a few fibers of a muscle) that involuntarily ( without consciously willing it0 contracts is in a "spasm". If the spam is forceful and sustained, it become a cramp. Muscle cramp cause a visible or palpable hardening of the involved.

Muscle cramps can last anywhere from a few seconds to a quarter of an hour or occasionally longer. It is not uncommon for a camp to recur multiple times until it finally goes away. the cramp may involve a part of a muscle, the entire muscle, or several muscles that usually act together, such as those that flex adjacent fingers. Some cramps involve the simultaneous contraction of muscles that ordinarily move body parts in opposite directions.
Cramps can extremely common. Almost everyone ( one estimate is about 95%) experience a cramp at some time in their life. Cramps are common in adults and become increasingly frequent with aging. However, children also experience cramps.
Any of the muscles that are under our voluntary control (skeletal muscles) can cramp. Cramps of the extremities, especially the legs and feet, and most particularly the calf (the classic "charley horse"), are very common. Involuntary muscles of the various organs (uterus, blood vessel wall, bowels, bile and urine passages, bronchial tree, etc.) are also subjects to cramps.

PALESTINE
As we wake up every morning, we hear the sound of nature .As THEY wake up every morning, THEY hear the sound of war. Everyday we go to school to gain our ambition, but everyday THEY will fight for their homeland. As we can eat together with our family during dinner, some of them eat alone without other family members. Who are THEY?. They are the people of PALESTINE!

We should be thankful because our country still remain in peace without any war after we gain our independent. We can go to school and go to work everyday and laugh with our friends and have fun together with them. However, nowadays people in Palestine can't feel the peace like we do. Everyday, the wake up in the morning and ready to fight for the religion, pride and honour. Their human right have been taken by the demon Israel who without feel any shame claim Palestine as their country.

What make me so upset is where is the other muslim country when Israel army attack the people of Palestine?. Why they don't send any help when the palestine need them as we know that Palestine is very important country for the muslim. The Israel want to demolished our Al-Aqsa mosque that we have in Palestin. Do we just wanna let them to do this without even trying to protect it?

Don't stop to pray for the Palestine everyday because we know pray is the Muslim main weapon. Eventhough we might not able to fight alone which them, but still we can't fight for them by boycott the product of Israel because as we spend our money to buy their product, it is same as we help them to buy weapon to kill the people in Palestin. Act know!!

HISTORY OF RUGBY
Rugby is a tough game play by gentleman. Rugby, a type of football game, taking its name from the English public preparatory school. Derived from soccer or association football, rugby in turn was the forerunner of American football. Kicking and dribbling with the foot are a part of rugby. However, continuous passing of the ball is its most characteristic feature. The game enjoys greatest popularity in Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and France.
Rugby developed through an infraction of the rules by a Rugby School boy, William Webb Ellis, during a soccer match in 1823. The ball-carrying play by Ellis spread to a number of other English public schools, and in 1839 student at Cambridge University gave it a trial during an intramural game, which they called "Rugby's game". By the 1860's two distinct types of football had developed- handling and nonhandling. In 1863 supporters of the nonhandling game formed the Football Association ( association football or soccer. In 1871, 21 amateur clubs established the Rugby Football Union and drew up the original laws of the game.
The amateur game is played with 15 men on each team and is called "Rugby Union". The professional game is called "Rugby League", and although it resembles the amateur game in many respects, there are difference in the laws or rules and only 13 players on a team. The object of the game is for each side to attempt to ground the ball beyond their oppenent's line and score the greater number of points within two 40-minute periods of play
